The Citation guitar brand was introduced around 1973 by H.S. Grossman of Grossman Music Corporation of Cleveland Ohio. Citation acoustic, electric and bass guitars and banjos were made in Japan for distrbution in the USA by Grossman Music Co and also by Harris Fandel Co. In later years Citation brand acoustics were distributed by Louis Musical Ltd in Montreal and made by Norman Guitars in Quebec and also in Korea.
