The Cobran V-138 was introduced in 1995, by the well regarded Chushin guitar factory. The V-138 had a double-cutaway mahogany body with a figured maple top. The maple neck was bolt-on, with what looks like an ebony fingerboard and matching figured maple veneer on the peghead. Pickups were Semour Duncan humbuckers: TB-5 and SH-1. The bridge was a Wilkinson VS-100.
