CORT S500 reviewed by Andrew

After a long time repairing the trem bolts. Then some adjusting\rest time. This guitar plays pretty damn good. The neck isn't as fast as the Ibanez rx170 which is made at the same plant. It's very comfortable. This guitar was beat up and put thru the ringer. And it seems all that did was add character and riffs to the guitar I'll take it thru it's next life, then pass it on.
Electronics are average. A split switch would make it more versatile.
Great harmonics
Once the springs set, stays in tune with the best of them. Just don't abuse the trem.
I got one of the first S500 line. And it has held up with very little care
Big fan of Cor-Tek guitars!
