No image yet | DANELECTRO Model C (ORIGINAL 1954 to 1969 ERA)One of the original Danelectro models, the Model C featured the coke bottle headstock. It had a small 11 inches wide body, with a single cutaway. This model was also known as the Peanut, due to its ginger colour and body shape. Construction of the body used a poplar wood frame for the sides, neck and central bridge block of the guitar, stapled together and covered with 3/8" thick painted masonite top and back. The unpainted sides were covered in vinyl to hide the poplar frame. |
