The Epiphone FT 112 (Bard) was a 12-string square shouldered dreadnought style acoustic. It was very similar to the 1962 Gibson B-45-12 N (both models were possibly produced in the same factory). It had a solid Eastern Red spruce top with mahogany back and sides. Brazillian rosewood fingerboard. Multi-ply body binding, some had a stylized E logo on the pickguard, oval peghead inlay, 6-a-side tuners. 24.75 in. scale, 16.25 in. width. Made in the USA between 1962 and 1969.
Good examples should fetch at least $1000 (in 2008).
