Epiphone reissued the RIVOLI BASS (MODEL EBR1) from 1993 to 1999. It was a Korean made model which looked identical to the original Rivoli but had a maple neck, instead of mahogany. The Sidewinder pickup was also different sounding to the original and it had a three-point bridge instead of the original two-point unit.
There was also a Japanese made Epiphone Rivoli Bass made during the 1990s - the Epiphone EB-2, this model had a mahogany neck and an Epiphone Japan EB pickup.
