JMG INSTRUMENT

HI all, Stumbled on this site as I have been given a vintage guitar and gear and searching for info. I have a J.M.G. acoustic steel string guitar says its made in Western Australia and has model name of ' century' serial no 702. Very little info out there on the Internet and certainly none for sale on vintage rare dealers sites. Also have some steel string in package says 'cathedral tropical steel string ' made in England. All I know is guitar manufactured 1930 -1958! Frustrating as I'd like to know the history of these items if anyone has any info, please let me know. Oh and a bundle of very old sheet music.

Sooooo, I have a JMG Century from my grandfather. Saw somewhere a reference to serial number 859 as a 1940 on EBay but no verification.
You won't believe the serial number of my guitar
