I am running sketchup 8.0.1 on mac osx 10.8.2. The plugin appears to be working. It shows up in my tools menu and allows me to export my sketchup file as an stl file. But when I open the stle file with meshlab or replicator g, there is nothing there. The workspace is empty and my object is not there.
Thanks in advance for any help and for creating this plugin.

Can you open the STL file in a text editor / word processer and check whether it really is empty? Are there faces in your original model? If there are only wireframe lines then these will not export to an STL file: a message will pop up after the export telling you how many faces were exported and how many other elements of your model could not be exported and were ignored.
