The converter keeps telling me it ignored 200+ objects. Then when I go to slice it, the slicer does not track position for a huge part of the print.
What am I doing wrong?

Ignored Objects Message

The ignored objects message is not a error message. The STL file is made up of triangular faces so anything in your Sketchup model that is not part of a face (isolated points or lines etc) will be ignored in the export. There may be other issues with your Sketchup model - you might want to check that you have a manifold mesh (a water-tight object with no holes in it) - there are Sketchup plugins to help with this.
