Manufacture of the Gibson B.B. King Lucille began in 1980. This semi-hollow body has no f-holes. The initial production models had a "Lucille" fretboard inlay, this was discontinued but in 2002 Lucille signature fretboards were available as an option.

Excellent instrument!!!!! I wish I could play that guitar. B. B. King was a Lucille pioneer masterpiece.
