Production of the WHITE PENGUIN MODEL 6134 began in 1955 and ended in 1963. From around 1961 there were also double cutaway white penguins. Early models had a metal banjo armrest protecting the upper part of the body from the player's arm. The pickguard had a outlined penguin logo.
