Guild reissued their all mahogany concert-sized M-20 acoustic in the 1990s. My guess is that this model was discontinued around 2001, when Fender moved production of Guild acoustic guitars from Guild's Westerly plant to the Fender Corona facility. These reissues are more sturdily built than the original Guild M-20, which makes for a more reliable guitar but perhaps loses a little of the tone of the original.
Guild has since reissued the M-20 again as the Chinese made GAD series M-20 and also a similar M-120 guitar.
