IBANEZ manufactured the SV470 between 1993 and 1996. It has a mahogany body, sculpted in the Saber style with a bolt-on maple neck. This guitar came in black, transparent red or oiled finishes. The fingerboard has 22-frets and pearl dot inlays. Hardware is gold color. The bridge is a standard vibrato unit, and the tuners are locking type. Pickups are humbucker - single coil - humbucker IBZ branded, with strat style controls (1 volume, 1 control and 5 position selector switch).
