The Martin D-45 Deluxe was made in 1993 only as part of the Guitar of the Month Series. It had a figured bear claw spruce top as well as highly ornate tree of life fingerboard inlays. Both the bridge and the pickguard were also inlaid with tree of life decoration. The bridge pins were fossilised ivory and the gold tuners have an embossed "M" logo. Only 60 were made in total.
