There is an Irish e-bay seller called patentattorneypaul selling copies of the 1955 Les Paul guitar patent document on e-bay.co.uk. This document is freely available on www.google.com/patents, here is the link if you want to download it yourself:

I would not have a problem if the guy was selling a nice printed copy of the document or a T-shirt version - like some US sellers on ebay.com. But this seller is just e-mailing a copy of the PDF file that is already in the public domain and anyone can download for free from google.com/patents! His profile is only 2 months old: watch him get closed down by e-bay and start up under another name.
