Dates of manufacture:
A compact sized single cutaway hollowbody, mahogany top, back, and sides, 8-ply binding, set neck, 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with block inlays, two Duncan Designed humbucker pickups and a stop tailpiece with adjustable bridge. Gold colored hardware with 3-per-side Grover tuners, a black pickguard, 4 knobs (2 volume and 2 tone) and a 3-way switch. Comes in black, pearl white or red finishes.
This guitar is one of the range designed by Greg Bennett. The sides and the center block of Samick Royale guitars are made from one piece of wood, rather than two sides and the center block. This creates a more rigid structure to mount the neck, top, and back into.
