This is Fender's budget version of their classic Jazz bass. The body is agathis and the bolt-on neck is maple, with C-Shape profile.The fingerboard is rosewood, with a 9.5 inch radius, dot position markers and 20 medium jumbo frets. The overall scale length is 34in.

Hardware is chrome, with a standard 4 saddle bridge and open-gear machine heads. Electronics are mounted in a 1-Ply white pickuguard, with two single coil Jazz Bass pickups (in middle and bridge positions), two volume controls and one tone control. Control knobs are the knurled chrome dome style.The polyurethane finish comes in walnut, pewter, antiqueburst, candy apple red and black metallic colors.
