WASHBURN produced the BT9 between 1997 and 1999. It's a mid priced Korean made model from the Maverick series. The overall look is of a Peavy Wolfgang but with stratocaster style hardware and pickguard. Double cutaway body with binding. Thin and wide maple neck & fingerboard with 22-frets and pearl dots. Black hardware: Grover tuners, tremolo bridge with white pickguard. Pickups are two single coils and one humbucker, with strat style controls (1 volume control, 2 tone controls and 5-way selector). Came in blue or red colors.
