The neck of the Series 200 Performer is a five piece anti-warp design made of Hard Rock Maple with Purple Heart stripes. It is also graphite reinforced with a dual truss rod, cream binding and a 24 fretted, Ebony fingerboard with Mother Of Pearl Moon Inlays and Jumbo-Wide Frets.

The nut is the Original Floyd Rose locking system and the guitar has chrome Planet Wave 18:1 self-locking tuning machines.

The body is a mixture of Hard Rock Maple, Mahogany, Wenge, Purple Heart and a figured maple top. The pickups are DiMarzio humbuckers with a three way Pickup selector. The electronics cavity is shielded with copper for low noise.
