This is one of the cheaper models in the Yamaha APX electro acoustic series. It has a spruce top, with nato back, sides and neck. There is an under the bridge piezo pickup and pre-amp system.

The soundhole is eliptical and surrounded by a raised plastic rosette. Colours include: tobacco sunburst, cherry sunburst, natural, black and blue sunburst.
