The B.C. Rich NJ Neck-Thru Series Mockingbird was made between 2000 and 2002. It had a maple neck through the body with figured soft maple body wings and rosewood stringers. The transparent red or natural finish showed off the neck through construction. The red finished ones had black hardware and a Floyd Rose licensed tremolo; the natural finished ones had chrome hardware and tune-o-matic bridge with stop tailpiece. Black was also available as a finish on the pre 2002 ones.
