Barry Bergeron established Bergeron Guitars in 2004, in Norman, Oklahoma. Bergeron make aluminum electric guitars, with a price tag of $6000 dollars. Their aluminum desin offers advantages over the traditional wooden construction in terms of intonation, tuning stability and necks resistant to warp and shrinkage. Bergeron also maintain that the rigidity of aluminum contributes to producing the a bell-like tone.
