Information:
Conqueror brand electric, acoustic, classical, lap-steel and bass guitars were made in Japan in the late 1960s and 1970s, and distributed in the USA by Bruno. There were also Bruno Conqueror brand mandolins and banjos, but some of these instruments date back to the 1920s (Bruno & Sons registered the Conqueror trademark in 1925). Pre World-War II Conqueror instruments were made in the USA by the major manufacturers like Regal and Lange, but after the war Bruno imported from Japan, Taiwan and West Germany.
