The COVENANT brand was launched by Dalian CCG Music Instruments, Limited, a musical instrument company specializing in acoustic guitars. The brand was founded in 2012 and is headquartered in Dalian, Liaoning Province, the People's Republic of China. The current CEO is the founder Mr. Xue Fei.
