Crestwood is a brand name of La Playa Distributing (LDP) a musical instrument distributor originally of Detroit and later of Madison Heights, Michigan. The early Crestwoods (circa 1960s and 1970s) were made in Japan. Circa 2017 LDP still offered a full range of Crestwood instruments - these are affordable entry level instruments.
