Since the early 1990s Jamie Davey has been custom-building guitars based upon the Fender classic designs in the West Midlands, UK. He has also been repairing guitars during this time working on instruments for Slade, Albert Lee, Smokie, Ned’s Atomic Dustbin, Raymond Froggatt, The Charlatans, Tyla of Dogs D’amour, Scott Matthews, Robert Fripp and The Futureheads. In 2009 he made custom Telecasters & Stratocaster guitars as well as basses for Status Quo.
