- electric guitars
- acoustic guitars
Roger Bucknall started his guitar making buisness in 1973 on the Fylde coast of Lancashire (hence the origin of the brand name). Within five years his team of 12 and we were making around 1,000 acoustic guitars a year (and the occasional electric), selling all over the world.
In 1980 business and personal events, however, put a temporary stop to the Fylde brand and Roger concentrated his woodworking skills on making snooker and pool cues. Roger has now sold the cue buisness, moved to the Lake District and is concentrating on producing the Fylde acoustics again.
