Anthony Goulding began selling his guitars in the mid 1990s.  His guitars were completely custom made from solid aluminum. The body of each Goulding guitar was made from two inch thick aluminium, machined from the rear to make it hollow. The front was machined to give it a carved look. They had a separate aluminium neck bolted on with four screws. The fret boards were made of Cocobola or Birdseye Maple with mother of pearl, NZ paua or abalone markings.
