HAPAS Guitars was founded by Robert Sola in 2010 in Berlin Germany. He was joined by Pawel, and now they are a 4 man company. HAPAS guitars are designed with extended range in mind: their instrument shapes easily fit more strings and longer scales. Their range includes 6,7,8 and 9 string models. The scarf jointed head stock is an important HAPAS feature. It allows them to get a head angle of 12°, giving more pressure on the nut, better tonal transmission and more stability.
