Heartfield was a Fender brand name that lasted from 1989 to 1993. Heartfield guitars and basses were made in Japan by Fujigen Gakki. There were four series of Heartfield electric guitars: EX, Elan, Talon and RR  and two bass series the Prophecy and DR.
