Jarrett Custom electric guitars are handbuilt in Westport, Connecticut. The best known model is the Jarrett Zaffiro - styled like a fatter Les Paul, this came in various wood and hardware configurations. In 2008 Jarrett aimed to bridge the gap between production and boutique guitars by offering custom guitars for direct purchase via their website. They offered a choice of hand wound pick ups, macassar ebony fingerboards, a custom piezo, hand cut wooden pick guards, pick up rings and knobs for under $2000 with a 7 day trial period.
