Garren Dakessian making guitars as a teenager inspired by the book “Guitars – From the Renaissance to Rock” by Tom Evans. Dakessian later studied guitar making with Kevin Ryan. Since 2002 he has focused on acoustic guitars which  he makes in Oakville, Ontario.
