M.B. Guitars was established in 2020 by Mike Bowes. Mike had previously worked at Sims Custom / Enfield Guitars since 2008, where he gained experience in repairs, refinishing and set-ups. Working on vintage guitars led to an interest in 1950s and 1960s Fender guitars. At M.B. Guitars, Mike makes handmade vintage correct replicas of these original Pre CBS Fenders. To ensure the authentic look and sound he builds using the original processes, and carefully sources the best components and parts.
