Mirko Migliorini graduated from the "Civica Scuola di Liuteria" in Milan  in 2002 where he trained in musical instruments manufacture. In 2001 he won third prize at the 5th International Guitar Making Competition of Baveno. He makes classical guitars by hand in Lecco, Italy and has also restored historical instruments by Guadagnini, Panormo, Pascual, Galan, Gallinotti, Fleta, Romanillos and Monch.
