Gregory R Miller worked in Interior Architecture and Design before starting his own custom furniture company in 2000. A visit to the Northwest Handmade Musical Instrument Exhibit in 2013 inspired him to start making guitars under the tuition of Jeffrey Elliot and Cyndy Burton. Miller now makes classical guitars by hand in the Portland home he shares with his wife Susan Boase, an artist, writer and illustrator.
