Mission Engineering

product types:

  • cabinets
  • volume and expression effects

Mission Engineering was established in 2009 in a garage in Petaluma, California. One of their first products was the Mission SP-1, the first switching expression pedal designed to work with the new generation of digital amps and effects. Since then the company has expanded its product range, with the first programmable multi-expression controller, the first stereo full range active speaker for modeling devices, and other innovative devices for musicians. In 2015 they acquired the Stagecraft company with its factory in St. Louis which now builds speaker and amp cabinets for Mission and many other boutique amp designers. As well as producing expression pedals and speaker cabinets Mission Engineering Services works with other companies (like Line 6, Avid, Eventide, Kemper, Pigtronix, RJM and Mu-Fx) to help them design and manufacture expression pedals, effects pedals, amplifiers, audio interfaces, cables and speakers
