Samo Sali is a Slovenian luthier born in 1965. He studied engineering and completed masters and PhD degrees focused on guitar acoustics. In 2002 he started a collaboration with Croatian guitar maker Mirko Hotko. In 2005 the Slovenian Mistry of Culture granted him the status of independent guitar maker and since then he has been developing and making his own classical and acoustic guitars in his workshop in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
