Yuris Zeltins is a classical guitar maker and expert in the techniques of French polishing. Zeltins was born in Latvia but moved to the USA while still a child. He began making guitars in 1960 and by 1961 had opened his own workshop and guitar store called the Blue Guitar, San Diego. After 57 years The Blue Guitar closed in 2018 and Yuris Zeltins retired to Seville Spain.
