Keith actually tried selling it to me in Temecula in 2001 then in my home town,Las Vegas, in 2002. I didn't bite until a couple of months later. I plugged it into a hot rod deluxe and bought it 20 minutes later.
2017$100.00wornGary CrosslinThis Baby stays in tune like a "Rock"! Nice medium weight and well-balanced while standing. The neck plays like a DREAM!!! These pickups are perfectly balanced from "Humbucker in the bridge" to "single coils in the neck". Volume balance between pickups was well designed with quality parts and nice 5 position selector switch. Great frets that are low enough for sliding and a perfect height for string bends. Incredible price as well purchased, at Guitar Center.

Threat Custom

I bought one of these Customs in mint condition at an auction and it's as nice as any guitar I own.

OK, it's not as nice as my EJ Strat but then again the Brawley cost me $1600 bucks less, plays just as well and looks gorgeous! In fact, it's my girlfriend's favorite guitar.

Mine is a Honey Burst over Ash and it's visually stunning. I love the wide flat fingerboard, the big frets and the high quality hardware but the pickups are something that you'll either love or hate. They're pretty warm, without the usual Strat jangle. If you want it to sound like a Stat, you'll be looking to have the pick-ups rewound but thats about the only downside and once it's fixed up... Trust me, you'll keep it forever!.

If you see one mixed in with the other used guitars, give it a try.
