Make the base

Steps for: Build a home made CNC machine (JGRO router)

Step number:

The base is the largest part of the machine and holds the rails for the X-axis, as well as the cutting bed. The JGRO design uses torsion boxes . These are nailed and glued together while trying to keep everything as square as possible.

The cutting bed is supposed to have T-slotted aluminium channels for attaching hold-down clamps, but I haven't found a supplier yet.
