Just bought one of these second hand, can't believe how great it sounds and easy it is to play. It has a wide range of tones from metal to jazz, in fact I have found it an all round guitar. Overall very impressed being used to playing Gretsch,fender and Gibson guitars. Currently looking at other Cort guitars and would definitely buy another one.

An unexpected treasure

I bought this Cort G255 electric guitar second hand a few weeks ago. Found it in a pawnshop, and bought it for a reasonable price.
Brought it home and cleaned and polished it, restrung it, and set the strings.
MAN OH MAN what a great guitar!
The feel and balance is excellent, and the neck is smooth and sublime, with zero fret sprout.

The pickups offer seriously gorgeous tones, in all pickup selection configurations.
I love the roller nut, and it stays in tune.

On that note;
The Wilkinson trem bridge works easily and comfortably, and no matter how much I use it (for surf tunes and tasteful jazzy stuff), it still stays in tune.
I am really, genuinely impressed!
