Gibson made the Les Paul Custom Plus (LPCC) in the mid 1990s. It was like a Les Paul Custom but had a bound figured maple top (all were at least AA tops), no pickguard and gold hardware. Pickups were 490T and 498R humbuckers and finish options were wineburst, honeyburst, cherryburst or vintage sunburst. The neck had the '59 profile.
