The thing is a neck heavy tank that weighs 14lb with low end electronics but with some upgrades, they are a room thumping metal machine. This was my first "real" bass so I love it. Until I learned how to set up a guitar, I didnt realize how poor the set up was on this time machine. No wonder I try to play everything with the GI Joe Kung Fu grip. I tweaked it around and got it better. For nostalgia I love it
