Korg Inc. is a Japanese multinational company that makes electronic musical instruments, audio processors and guitar pedals, recording equipment, and electronic tuners. Korg was founded in 1963 in Tokyo by Tsutomu Kato and Tadashi Osanai as Keio Gijutsu Kenkyujo Ltd.(it later became Keio Electronic Laboratories) and their first product, released in 1963, was an electronic drum machine - the Donca Matic DA-20. In 1967 the company developed an organ - sold as the KORG and this became the companies overall brand name. In 1973 they designed their first synth the Korg miniKORG and by the 1980s Korg were making electric pianos. In 1992 they acquired Vox - best known for its guitar amplifiers and under this brand they make guitar amplifiers and electric guitars.

Walrus Audio is a US boutique guitar effects company who take pride in their unique desgins. The company was established by a group of friends in 2011 and is based in Oklahoma City. Over the years, the Walrus product line has expanded to include more than a dozen effects pedals. Each pedal design has unique artwork on the enclosure which tries to capture the essence of that pedal. The artwork is created by Oklahoma artist and musician Nathan Price who uses stylistic inspiration from classically animated films.  Walrus make a wide range of effects. From overdrives and fuzzes to delays, reverbs, modulations and octavers, they have a lot of variety on offer. Walrus pedals are individually built by hand.

Brian Wampler founded Wampler Pedals, Inc. in 2007 as a guitar effects pedal company. Wampler started out by modding existing pedals before making his own designs. Wampler was active in the online DIY pedal-building community and self-published a series of books on guitar pedal design that helped launch the careers of other boutique guitar pedal builders. The very earliest Wampler pedals were made in Brian's garage, before production was moved to a factory in Kentucky and circa 2019 Wampler effects were made and distributed by Boutique Amps Distribution in California.

Whirlwind is a US pro-audio & broadcast equipment company, founded in 1975 by Michael Laiacona (who cofounded MXR a few years earlier). Its head office is located in Rochester, New York.

Rockett Audio Designs was established by Chris Van Tassel and Jay Rockett in 2006 as a guitar effects brand. Hand built in the United States the J Rockett Audio Design range includes overdrives and distortions to delays, modulation, fuzzes and buffers.

Since that time, Source Audio's delay, reverb, distortion, filter, modulation, equalization, and Hot Hand products have found their way onto the stages and recordings of David Gilmour, U2, David Bowie, John Mayer, Aerosmith, Phish, King Crimson, My Morning Jacket, The Cure, and Victor Wooten to name a few.

Jeff and Catherine Genzler started Genzler Amplification in a garage in Phoenix, Arizona. Genzler Amps has since expanded into a community initiative - giving a percentage of each product sold to support local music projects Genzler make bass & acoustic guitar amplifiers and cabinets.
