The Epiphone EJ-200 is based on the iconic Gibson J-200 flat top acoustic and was introduced in 2003. The EJ-200 has the same big sounding super jumbo body and mustache bridge. The EJ-200 came in vintage sunburst, natural or ebony finish and was also available as a single cutaway electro-acoustic (the EJ-200SCE). The earliest EJ-200 were made in Korea and had laminate spruce tops, later models had solid spruce tops and were made elsewhere.
