I am a Moderne freak (I adore them) so along with my 2 "normal" epiphany Moderne's I bought the Polymod on a whim to complete the collection... The Floyd is like most of that design a singular pain in the butt to get sorted and strung but once strung and adjusted it performs brilliantly. The neck is exceptionally playable and the general feel is well balanced and easy to use. The PICKUPS are INSANE!!!! I assume Mr Juskiewicz asked for "Something properly Heavy Metal" and the Korean factory took him at his word - they are without doubt the hottest PU's I have ever used - Metal to the Death!!!! Dialed back a LONG way they are actually very good for blues and non-headbanging rock! Any aspiring heavy metal shredder should consider the Poly series - un appreciated and way undervalued!!!!
