Purchased used from Alto Music for $250. Case ordered from Sweetwater for $79. I've been playing for over 40 years, and this is one of the best playing guitars I've ever played. I picked it up in the store just to look at, and I couldn't put it back on the rack. An acoustic that plays like an electric, what could be better!

Sorry I didn't get back to you before this, but this site has an old address.
The case is an Epiphone model ECACS, purchased from Sweetwater.com some years ago. I checked the site and it's listed as no longer available.
