FERNANDES produced the DECADE DELUXE (DECADE-J1) between 1997 and 2000. Intially called the Decade-J1 this model became the Decade Deluxe in 1998. The overall design was similar to the Jazz-master shaped Decade Standard (A1) model but the J1 had a larger body and an extra tone control. The J1 was available with an optional Sustainer pickup.
