I am seeking confirmation/advice on a guitar for sale near me from private owner. Not readily finding much information at all so far.

Here is owner's spiel:

Washburn D14SCE - a top-of-the-budget-line dreadnought acoustic guitar with pickup spruce top, round soundh ole, tortoise pick guard, three-stripe bound body and rosette, rosewood back/sides, mahogany neck, 14/20-fret rosewood fingerboard with pearl dot inlay, rosewood bridge with pearl dot white pins, chrome die-cast tuners, natural spruce laminate finish hand-crafted, probably in the late 1980s a few scratches but otherwise in great shape will throw in a padded gig bag / soft case

Bargain or No Bargain ??I'm thinking there may not be many here in US since I find nothing on eBay, Reverb or Sweetwater.
