scale problem when exporting stl from sketchup 8

I export an item that is 233 mm wide into stl, when I open it in blender or in slic3r it doesnt show up, I think it exports as too small, anyone know anything about this?  Ive tried exporting in mm, meters, inches feet, all is the same.  thanks in advance

Export Size - Units?

Can you check your model units?

Go to Window -> Model Info then check what it says for Units.

it says format is decimal and

it says format is decimal and units is mm..  when I measure the width of the model with the measuring tool it says 223 mm wide, when I export in stl, it produces a extremely tiny model that is too small to load in various 3d programs...

That all sounds fine. Can you e-mail me a copy of the file  so I can test it,
